Perris has some of the most affordable golfing in Southern California, along with being a definite retirement destination. Perris is a city located in Riverside County, California. It is situated in the San Jacinto Valley and sits at an mean elevation of 1,599 feet, with it's highest point being being 2,052 feet above sea level and is estimated to having current population around 66,455. Making up part of an area known as the Inland Empire, Perris is located 259 miles southeast of Las Vegas, 87 miles east of the metropolitan area of Los Angeles, and 83 miles north of San Diego. Perris observes an average of 309 days of sunshine per year, with temperatures in the low 30's to high 60's in the winter months, and low 70's to well over 100 degrees Fahrenheit in the summer months. There are many activities to take part in here, from casual to adventurous.

Surrounded by mountains and lot's of wide open space, don't hesitate to take advantage of recreational biking, hang gliding/paragliding, hiking/camping, Diamond Valley Lake Golf w/ Water Park, boating/fishing and skiing. Not to mention that you are only 14 miles from Casino Morongo and 24 miles from Palm Springs which contains a great assortment of Night Clubs ranging from Hip Hop, Country, or Salsa Y Merengue. Also not to far away are several Universities, along with a great diversity of community colleges to pick from for you and your family's educational needs.
